The Best Moments of 2021
And by “the best moments of 2021” I really mean some of the best moments of 2021. Looking back, despite still living in somewhat uncertain and crazy times, 2021 was a good year, and both personally and in business, I covered a lot of ground. It’s healthy (in my opinion) to take stock of what’s good in your life alongside what’s working and not working.
After covid rocked our world, with the realization that nothing is guaranteed, I said goodbye to working for the man and decided to go all-in on my business. 2020 showed us the things that truly matter in life and for me, the ability to have complete control over my own time and to be able to build something that’s all my own while serving others is freedom. So in 2021, I became more grateful than ever (and started a gratitude practice that has actually changed my life). I’m beyond grateful for this business and the couples, families, business owners, and friends that have trusted me to capture some of the most important moments in their lives.
As I work to build my dream life – a life 100% worth living – and this dream business, this year was a big step in the right direction. I got to travel often, travel for shoots, celebrate life with friends and family, meet amazing new people and spend time doing what I love and with people (and my pets) that I love.
