I’m based in Detroit, Michigan but in case you haven’t heard yet, I love to travel. I’m on the road or in the air (ie: on a plane) often and there’s nothing I love more than the opportunity to meet new people, travel and make photos all in one. While all packages include 100 miles of total travel from Detroit (50 miles each way), if you’re looking for a lifestyle session somewhere else, whether you live elsewhere or you’ll be traveling, be sure to check out my travel schedule. If we’re in the same place at the same time, you’ll score little to no travel fees! And if your location isn’t on the list, just ask!

While dancing in the rain is fun, I get it, rain isn’t ideal for your session. Yes, we can reschedule. We do live in Michigan after all and weather can change by the hour. For this reason, we’ll keep an eye on the weather forecast the week leading up to your session, however, I usually don’t make a call until the night before or the morning of the session since Michigan has a way of giving us sun and blue skies on days calling for a thunderstorm. 

Yes. Your gallery of selected images will each be color corrected and edited the way you see on my website and social media. 

While I will (by law) always retain the copyright to the images, digital purchases include printing rights which means you can take them and print them as you please and post them all over social media. Basically the only thing you can’t do is sell or alter them (that wouldn’t be cool). 

I get it. We live in a digital era which is why some packages include some digitals and why they’re always available to you for purchase! But that being said, I’d be doing you a disservice if I just gave you the digitals. Believe me, I’ve gotten digitals from my own sessions and you know what happened to them? I posted one or two on social media and then life got busy and I never got around to printing them...AND I’M A PHOTOGRAPHER. So I know the same would happen to you. If you’re just looking for the digitals, then I’m probably just not the photographer for you. (The only exception to that is college grads). Once we book your session, we’ll talk about this and you can always send me/text me outfit ideas and I’m more than happy to send some inspiration over pinterest. My biggest advice is to coordinate, don’t match. And be true to yourselves and your family while making sure you’re comfortable in whatever it is you wear. 

It’s exactly what it sounds like...an adventure! Lifestyle adventure sessions are perfect for couples and families who want to step outside the box. Basically, we combine a photo session with a day of adventure, whether that be going on a hike, to the beach or exploring downtown. I help you plan the perfect day for you and your family and then tag along to capture it, at times as a total fly on the wall, and at others, stepping in to guide and prompt you through some poses when the location is perfect.
